The company has two categories of shares namely Ordinary No Par Value equity shares and Redeemable Interest Bearing Preference Shares. The combination of this structure allows a wider participation by investors and stakeholders in the success of the company. The present market capitalisation of the company based on the most recent traded share price is circa R 78 Million, with shares still trading close to the Net Asset Value of the company. Share price forecast is based on the company's current order book and discounted future revenue flows.

Preference Shares

The Preference Shares are reserved for sophisticated investors. These shares are fully Asset Backed on a 1:1 ratio and carry an interest coupon of 12% per year. The shares are unrated senior corporate debt and are cumulative interest bearing, with convertible & redeemable rights. The shares trade for US$ 1.00 per share and are available on an OTC basis only.
